CUSTOMISED REPORTS

Each user has a private folder in the Report Catalog where their customized reports can be saved for future use.

CENTRALHR administrators can publish and organize standard reports in the Report Catalog for all users, and set the security access level for each user group.

Reports are easily modified using context-sensitive fly-out menus which allow users to add or remove columns and rows at the click of a button.

You can change or add dimensions, insert additional metrics, and format the report to suit your specific needs. Depending on your settings, hundreds of predefined dimensions and measures are available - such as geographic region, business line, and performance evaluation. The latest version of CENTRALHR includes sophisticated tracking metrics
providing managers with a clear picture of employee flow and their progression within the organization.

Should report information be required for any other use, centralhr’s “Export to Excel” function allows an immediate transfer of the selected data to Microsoft’s Excel.
