ROBUST SECURITY

CENTRALHR’s flexible security layer surrounds the entire application, ensuring that access to reports and data is always subject to the user’s security profile. Reports, layouts and folders in the Report Catalog are made visible according to the user’s security profile, while row-level security can be applied to ensure that managers only view information on their own employees.

CENTRALHR even allows security levels for summary information to set independently from the detail data, which means that a user might be able to see the average salary for a department, but not the individual salaries of those employees.

Authentication and authorization rules can be defined in CENTRALHR native security tables or imported from any pre-existing security model (HRMS, Portal, LDAP, Windows, etc.).

Authorizations can also be automatically generated and updated daily from the employee table itself (i.e. HR staff have access to all data, managers to their employees, analysts to all data apart from salaries, etc.)
